Dear Friends,

We have arrived in the much talked about year, 2012!  So much has been written about this banner year -- predictions of every sort abound. What are your feelings about the changes that you see taking place in the world? What plans do you have for yourself? What are your goals for inner growth?

The underpinning of the oral traditions in all the indigenous cultures regarding this sentinel year boils down to one thing -- becoming heart-centered.

There are amazing transformations coming over the next few years, and the only sure way to translate the message that they bring is via the heart, not the head. The energy coming to the planet now will only support heart-centered, intuitive actions.

Living a heart-centered existence also means staying in the present moment. For many, this can be a challenge when old mental programs start playing in their head. "The story" gets replayed over and over, and they find themselves reacting to the past instead of flowing with the present.

Everything in the Universe is connected, as Jeff's video so beautifully showed. You could not separate yourself if you tried. And you will see that if you are willing to lead with your heart, to trust in its unerring guidance, that the Universe will be there to support your every step!
