Scheduling Policy

Full payment is required in advance. After the payment process is completed, a Consult Confirmation page will appear. Just click on Schedule Now, and it will take you directly to the appointment page.

After you have selected your date and time, you will receive a confirmation email from Schedulicity containing all of your appointment information and a link to your appointment page.

If you found Dany Carol through Schedulicity and scheduled first, the confirmation email will have the link to make prompt online payment.

All payment and scheduling is done exclusively online. Exception can be made for international clients only. Any appointments that are scheduled without making timely payment will be removed from the schedule.

Rescheduling, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

A refund for the full amount of the service fee requires a minimum of 24 hours business day's notice. (Example: if your session is scheduled for 10AM on Tuesday, you must give notice before 10AM the previous Saturday, as we are closed Sunday and Monday.) Any appointment changes with less than 24 hours (business days) notice receive no refund. Please acquaint yourself with the office hours.

Dany Carol reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session. If a session is rescheduled, the prepaid tuition will be applied. A full refund of your prepaid service fees will be issued if a session is cancelled by Dany Carol.

Refund checks are mailed within 14 business days.
